Daniel (@thehappyforager) is one of the UK’s leading foragers and loves sharing his passion for hand foraged wild ingredients. You’ll be fascinated by his knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject. During the day, Daniel will be covering many different aspects to foraging – from what to look for and the ingredients to use as a food or other uses such as dies.

Weather: Please note that this is a mostly outdoor event and we will continue even if it is bad weather. Please dress accordingly and you might also want to bring some sturdy shoes or boots.
